Our classes are taught by highly qualified and experienced Arabic tutors, who utilize a blend of traditional and modern teaching methods to create an engaging and effective learning experience. We offer group courses, which include a placement test to assess students’ proficiency levels, and we also provide one-to-one tuition for those who prefer personalized instruction. Our class timetables are negotiable, and we ensure that female students are taught by female teachers and male students by male teachers.
2. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
Booking a course with Alustadh Institute constitutes acceptance of our current Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions are subject to change to meet the needs of our students and the Institute.
3. Certification
Upon completion of your studies with us, you will receive a certification that demonstrates your proficiency in Arabic language and Islamic studies. Our structured programs and teaching syllabus are designed specifically for online tuition and non-native speakers, ensuring that you receive high-quality instruction and achieve your learning goals.
4. Fees and Refund Policy
We require tuition fees to be paid in advance for each monthly or quarterly subscription. If you cancel your subscription within the first week of a new subscription, we will refund your payment after deducting the fees for lessons already given. Once you have subscribed and gained access to the full course material, we cannot offer a refund for any reason. However, you may pause your subscription and save your remaining hours for future use, provided that you resume your subscription within one year of pausing it.
5. Technical Problems
Our educational platform and conference software are designed to work on all devices, including laptops, PCs, tablets, and mobile phones. Before attending a lesson, we suggest checking your microphone and speaker settings to ensure that you have optimal sound quality. Please note that we cannot arrange makeup lessons for technical problems that occur on your device or due to internet or power outages. However, if the problem occurs on our end, we will reschedule the lesson at no additional cost to you.
6. Free Trial Lesson
We offer up to two free trial lessons for new students who want to experience our teaching methods and get to know our tutors. If you are not satisfied with your first trial lesson, we will arrange a second trial with a different teacher to ensure that you find the right fit for your learning needs.

All materials supplied as part of our courses are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. Copying, adapting, or using any part of it without our express permission is strictly prohibited.
