Discipline and determination to reach your goal

People searches in google for “how to memorize Quran in 30 days” that’s will not happen Memorizing Quran takes long time more than one or two years unlike the recitation course. You may find it tough in the initial days of the course, but the more frequently you sit down to learn the Quran, the easier it will become, Insha'Allah and gradually gets comfortable with it. Take small steps at start. We are all very excited at the beginning and take up more than we can handle which ends up in disappointment when we don’t see the desired result and even some people quit with the learning process. Instead of that, start slow. Consistency is more important than the amount you memorize. Make sure that you memorize a few lines from the Quran daily. Instead of taking big lessons at the end of the week, try to memorize a few ayats every day. Creating a habit of memorizing few ayats each day will help you later to remember the whole Quran as well as memorizing the longer verses.

Recite what you have memorized daily in your prayers

Repetition is the key to memorization. It is very good that we have five daily prayers because it will enable us to repeat what has been memorized more than once during the day, this helps you remember what you learned a day before and helps your brain in forming new cells to increase the capacity of learning and memorizing. It is extremely necessary to know that while being a Hafiz has many benefits and rewards, it is a grave sin to memorize a portion of the Quran and then to forget it. To stop this from happening continue revising from the beginning so that whilst you are learning ahead you do not forget the first parts.

Create a proper environment

With this following three items you can do that.
1. Select a Specific Time. the first thing you should do in the day is memorize, you should be able to figure out a time slot when you are most productive and attentive. So, the best suitable time for memorizing is early morning after Fajr prayer even do so before your breakfast, because this is your spiritual breakfast.
2. Achieving a nice Atmosphere. Have a secluded place to go to and memorize in a place that is quiet. You just can't memorize properly with distractions, so turn off all your devices like cell phone. or go to the best place for that the Mosque after or before prayer.
3. Make a Familiarity. start at the same place, at the same time and use the same mushaf every day. You need to have your own copy of the Mushaf the "Madinah Mushaf" is highly recommended, you will make a unique case for yourself it will later become so dear to you.

" Read the Quran, it will be the intercessor of its companions on the Day of Resurrection. "
[Sahih Muslim Book 9, Hadith 991]
